The software compensates for and corrects external influences on the mud returns, such as rig heave and drill pipe movements, and provides immediate warning of abnormal conditions. Expected mud returns are automatically determined and any deviation triggers an alarm.
With our Early Kick and Loss Detection (EKLD) service, we can monitor the downhole conditions and determine gains and losses, flowback fingerprinting, wellbore breathing, surge and swab, reamer activation, mud pump efficiency, and fracture identification.
