Excellence Logging announces that Mr. Kenneth Murdoch has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, and that Mr. Pierre-Henri Boutant, currently Group Controller, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Murdoch will remain as an advisor to the Excellence Logging leadership team during a short transition period. On behalf of the Board of Directors, John Lechner, Chief Executive Officer commented “We thank Kenny for his contributions to the Company and wish him the best in his future endeavours”.
Pierre-Henri, based in Paris, brings 24 years of global financial leadership experience, with the last 15 years in the energy industry, and was CFO of a listed E&P Company prior to joining Excellence Logging in 2015 as Group Controller and Deputy CFO.
