LONDON, April 30th, 2025. Excellence Logging today announced that the publication of its audited 2024 annual report will be delayed. The new release date is expected for the week of May 19th, 2025. This delay is due to the increased documentation requirements related to the listing of the Bond Prospectus with the first-year audit of Excellence Logging Finance 2 plc holding the Bond. The Company is not expecting any material changes from the guidance published in its quarterly interim report on February, 28th 2025.
