Michael De Rhune has 31 years of finance experience and has worked for a number of international companies across a range of different industries. Starting his career in public practice, he then worked at various financial institutions and companies before moving to the offshore oil & gas subsea services industry. He held a number of senior finance and management positions at leading subsea services companies, Acergy, Subsea 7 and also acted as advisor to Bibby Offshore. He was recently Group CFO at Ceona Offshore, a large private equity start-up in the subsea services sector. Michael is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, the Institute of Chartered Tax Advisors and a Graduate of the University of London.
Pierre-Henri Boutant has 22 years of experience mainly acquired in the international oil & gas industry with several senior management roles in Finance with Geoservices Group advising corporations and operations over complex international environments in West Africa and Latin America. He has great accomplishments in team building, team management, cost restructuring and implementation of internal control. Most recently Pierre-Henri worked as CFO of Candax, a junior E&P Company listed in Toronto. Prior to joining Geoservices, Pierre-Henri spent four years with Elf Aquitaine in France and Gabon and four other years as manager for Bearing Point, a business consulting firm where he developed a professional approach on business systems. Pierre-Henri Boutant holds a Certificate in Accounting and Financial Studies and a Master’s Degree in Management from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce de Paris, France.
Camille Delattre is a tax and legal specialist with more than 8 years of experience working for medium-sized international groups. After having worked for 5 years as a tax lawyer in French law firms, Camille joined Geoservices in 2009 as Tax Director. After her experience in the oil and gas industry, she spent 5 years as Tax and Legal director of the group Desmet Ballestra, a leading global supplier and engineering specialist of processing plants and equipment for the oil, fats, detergent and related chemical industries. Camille has built an extensive experience reinforcing the tax and legal function in international groups held by private equity investors. Camille is a graduate of the Bar School of Versailles and holds a Master Degree in Tax and Business Laws.
Green joined Excellence Logging in September, 2018 as Finance Director North America. With 30 years of success in the oil and gas industry, he most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer for Legacy International Exploration and Production Corporation. Before that, he held senior positions with Anadarko Petroleum, BP, and Noble as International Finance Director, North America Gas Assistant Controller, and Global Operations Controller, respectively. J. J. holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern State University, a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Thang N’Guyen Van started his role as Finance Director Asia at Excellence Logging in September 2015. Before joining Excellence Logging, Thang enjoyed a successful 17-year experience with leading companies in different industries such as Sonepar, Geoservices and more recently Schlumberger. Thang’s career path, starting as an intern in Consolidation, to technical corporate finance positions and senior regional, global finance roles in Europe, Africa, Americas, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, has built up his extensive hands-on experience in all facets of business with a good balance between global and local, supporting and partnering, doing and leading. Thang holds an MBA degree from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris, France.
Salim Chenoune started at Excellence Logging in September 2016 as the Europe and Africa Financial Director. Before Excellence Logging, Salim worked for Schlumberger for 10 years. His first role in 2006 was as a Consolidation & Reporting analyst, and then as an EAF Business analyst for Well Testing Services. In 2010, he was in charge of the carve-out and integration within the SLB Legacy of Slickline Services following the acquisition of Geoservices. Following that, he served as the North Africa Financial Operation Controller in charge of Well Intervention and Well services. Salim holds a Master’s Degree of Finance & Econometrics from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
