Miguel Gil has 24 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, which began in the Wireline and Well intervention Services. He became the Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors in Wireline Service & Mfg (WSM) a leading service company in Italy. In 2008, following the acquisition of WSM by Geoservices he became the Well Intervention Manager for the Mediterranean District in Geoservices. Miguel Gil became a member of the Board of Directors of Dajan SRL in 2012 and in the next 5 years he lead Dajan srl to become one of the leading companies in Italy in Well Intervention service, and expanded the company in Europe and in Africa. Dajan srl become part of Excellence Logging Group at the end of 2016 and Miguel Gil joined the group as Vice President for the EAF Region.
Salim Chenoune started at Excellence Logging in September 2016 as the Europe and Africa Financial Director. Before Excellence Logging, Salim worked for Schlumberger for 10 years. His first role in 2006 was as a Consolidation & Reporting analyst, and then as an EAF Business analyst for Well Testing Services. In 2010, he was in charge of the carve-out and integration within the SLB Legacy of Slickline Services following the acquisition of Geoservices. Following that, he served as the North Africa Financial Operation Controller in charge of Well Intervention and Well services. Salim holds a Master’s Degree of Finance & Econometrics from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Gianfranco Protano has 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Starting his Oil & Gas carrier in 1989 with Baker Sand Control, Italy, he has had extensive experience in Well Intervention, he also worked for Eni International in North Africa and Total E&P in South East Asia. Gianfranco Protano covered management positions in South East Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe with Service Companies. He spent a total of 12 years in Geoservices group in Management, when Geoservices become part of Schlumberger he assumed the position of Operation Manager for Egypt, Syria and Jordan, then moved to Middle East for service company as IOC Business Development Manager. He joined Dajan srl in 2015 as Business Development Manager and contributed to the growth of the company. He holds a Naval Mechanical diploma degree.
Yannick Crapin has over 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His background is in the Well Intervention, has work for various service companies as an Operation Manager. Most of his carrier was in Geoservices in the West Africa area. He has been actively involved in the setting up of Well Intervention departments for major companies and the development of the business. Yannick Crapin joined Excellence Logging in 2015 when Wilog become part of the group. Yannick holds a degree in Mechanics.
Giorgio Cancel joined the Oil and Gas Industry in 1981 with Geoservices as a Field Engineer in Mud Logging services in various countries in Europe & Africa. Giorgio Cancel, during his career has covered positions such as Operations and Country Manager in various locations. He was involved at District Management level in either Operations and Logistic Support. He contributed to the Geoservices integration in Schlumberger in 2010, moving to Mud Logging Operations management in 2012. He holds a Mining diploma degree.
Mounsef BELAÏD has 10 years of International Oil & Gas industry experience. After 5 years of Electronic & Nanotechnology university studies, he joined GEO-RS, a French Mudlogging company, in November 2007, as an Electronic Engineer. In 2010 he was appointed as the Technical Manager after serving 3 years in the Technical Department. Mounsef also developed and managed the National Oil Company business in North Africa and the Middle East for several major customers. In June 2015, GEO-RS became a member of the Excellence Logging Group. Mounsef is now the Operation Manager in France, responsible for the Mud Logging business Development Management in Europe & Africa.
